Learning the law goes beyond listening — it’s about awareness, participation, and application!
In this year’s Relative Law for College Students Seminar, Atty. Mildred F. Ople guided NCBA Taytay students, faculty, and staff through important laws that directly impact student life — including the Anti-Bullying Act (RA 10627), Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), Anti-Sexual Harassment Act (RA 7877), and Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175).
The seminar featured an engaging interactive quiz that tested participants’ knowledge and encouraged deeper reflection on their rights and responsibilities as members of the academic community. Faculty and staff also joined the discussion, raising meaningful questions about the role of schools in promoting safety, accountability, and respect within campus life.
Truly, knowledge of the law empowers us all to foster a safe, inclusive, and responsible learning environment — where every student knows their rights and upholds the values of respect, dignity, and integrity. 💙💛
