National College of Business and Arts is a participating institution of Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). PEAC is the trustee of the Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE) a perpetual fund created to provide assistance to private education in the country through Educational Service Contracting (ESC). ESC is a program by the Department of Education (DepEd) “to decongest overcrowded public junior high schools. To be a participating institution, NCBA must meet or exceed the minimum standards for quality education set by DepEd”.  NCBA is visited and recertified as a participating institution every year to ensure that our education maintains the standard set by DepEd.

Currently, ESC recipient award is Php9,000 per student for Calabarzon and PHP13,000 per student for NCR.

Public high school student who wants to enroll in a private institution is encouraged and allowed by DepEd. For this purpose, NCBA is paid a voucher in the amount of Php17,500 per student for Calabarzon and Php22,500 per student for NCR.

To maintain these scholarships offered by DepEd, NCBA must continuously show improvement and sustain high quality of education.
