On September 11, 2024, our Audio-Visual Room was filled with excitement as we welcomed our new freshmen and transferees during our College Orientation!
Led by the NCBA Management Team, Ms. Mariflor M. Uber, Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Linkages, along with Dr. Angeles de Guzman, Chief Academic Officer, and Dr. Djonito Ursua, College Dean, the event was a fantastic introduction to our campus life.
Our dedicated Department Heads from the Registrar, Library, Clinic, Guidance and Counseling Center, Security, and academic coordinators for Liberal Arts, Information Systems, Accountancy, and Business Administration shared valuable insights about the services available to students.
We were also treated to captivating performances during our intermission! The Kalinangan Ensemble dazzled us with a lively dance, and Bon Aaron Uvero shared his amazing singing talent, making the event even more memorable.
A special shoutout to our student organization presidents who encouraged everyone to join their groups for an enriched campus experience!
Mr. Harem Blanquisco, Student Affairs Officer, highlighted the importance of understanding student policies, ensuring a smooth transition into college life.
The event was expertly hosted by the talented Camille Labaclado and Rodjan Jehan Quitain from BSBA Financial Management, adding a professional touch to our gathering.
And of course, the day wouldn’t be complete without some fun! Participants enjoyed a thrilling raffle draw, with prizes sponsored by Midtown Printing and Company, Bracs Trading, JCI Baras, and Pru Life UK.
Thank you to everyone who made this event a success! Here’s to a great academic year ahead!
