STUDENT APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

NEW STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESS

 Welcome to the NCBA Admission facility. Here are a few reminders before you get started.

Application period will start on June 22, 2020

STEP 1 – SIGN-IN CREDENTIALS

1. You will need a Gmail account to access the Online Application Form (OAF)
2. To create a Gmail account click here

STEP 2 – OPEN AND FILL-OUT THE FORM BELOW

1. Graduate Studies Application Form. Select your campus 

a.   NCBA Cubao
b.   NCBA Fairview

1. College Application Form.  Select your campus 

     a.   NCBA Cubao 
     b.   NCBA Fairview
     c.   NCBA Taytay

2. Kinder, Elementary, Junior & Senior High School Application Form. Select your campus

a.   NCBA Cubao
b.   NCBA Fairview
c.   NCBA Taytay

Note :
Allot 15-30 minutes for the completion of the application form. Be ready to scan and upload the following :
College : Senior High School Report Card (F138) for freshman or Copy of Grades, PSA Birth Certificate, 2×2 photos, Certificate of Good Moral Character,  Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer from last school attended, Scholastic record and/or Certificate of Courses taken with corresponding final grades
Basic Ed : Report card (Form 138) from last school attended, Certificate of Good Moral Character, PSA birth certificate, 2×2 ID photos
Masteral : PSA birth certificate, 2×2 ID photo, Official Transcript of Records from last school attended, Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer from the last school attended, Two letters of recommendation (one of which should be from the applicant’s present employer)

STEP 3 – ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

You will receive an email from from the registrar’s office confirming your application.

Wait for 1-2 days for evaluation and processing of your application.

STEP 4 – ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT

1. Check your email for a softcopy of your Assessment.
2. Pay the required downpayment based on your selected payment option.
3. Wait for 2-3 days for validation of your payment.

IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be processed if payment made is less than the required downpayment.

STEP 5 – CERTIFICATE OF MATRICULATION (COM) ISSUANCE

1. To confirm approval of your registration, pls. check your email for a softcopy of your COM.
2. Once enrolled, your official ncba.edu.ph email account will be processed and issued to you.

STEP 6 – ONLINE LEARNING ENROLLMENT

Always check your ncba.edu.ph email account for invitation that will be sent by your teachers regarding your online class registration.  Refer to Frequently Asked Questions in this page for the start of online classes and other relevant information.
