The National College of Business and Arts (NCBA) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Camille Ellaine Labaclado, who has been hailed as the 2025 Youth Leadership Excellence Award (YLEA) Most Outstanding Student Leader for the College Category by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines, through JCI Binangonan Calvarios.
Labaclado, a BSBA Financial Management alumna, has consistently embodied the true spirit of leadership and service. During her college years, she served as a dedicated officer and volunteer for both in-campus and community outreach programs. Beyond academics—where she excelled as an achiever—she actively served her parish as a church volunteer and extended her leadership to the wider JCI network as a JCIvolunteer in Metro Area programs. Notably, she was entrusted as Area Chairperson for Creatives under JCI Philippines Metro Area, showcasing her skills in communication and organizational service.
Her recognition at YLEA 2025 highlights her holistic contribution as a student leader, servant volunteer, and community builder, embodying NCBA’s vision of forming graduates who excel not only in academics but also in leadership and civic engagement.
Alongside Labaclado, other outstanding NCBA student leaders also shone during the YLEA 2025 Awarding Ceremony held on May 24, 2025. These include:
***Maridel Tingcang and Clarence May Salvacion from the Hospitality Management Society
***Tanya Mariz Teodoro and Shane Rosh Bucane from the Junior Financial Executives
Together, these awardees bring honor to NCBA by proving that leadership, service, and academic excellence remain at the heart of its student community.
