The National College of Business and Arts proudly congratulates Mr. Jovan Garido, graduating student of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program and a proud Cum Laude awardee, for being recognized during the “HIRAYA ng CALABARZON: Pagkilala sa Natatanging Iskolar ng UniFAST 2026.”
The recognition program was conducted by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office IV in partnership with the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST). The event honored 33 exemplary graduating grantees under Republic Act No. 10931, also known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education (UAQTE) Act, in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements and dedication throughout Academic Year 2025–2026.
