Films, Talks, and Open Hearts — In observance of Mental Health Month 2025, the Guidance and Counseling Center – Cubao Campus organized a series of activities promoting emotional awareness and well-being within the university community.

The elementary students watched Turning Red, a film that highlights the importance of understanding and embracing one’s emotions. The high school seminar, held on October 13, centered on the theme “Turn Awareness into Action: Feel, Understand, Connect.” Meanwhile, the college celebration on October 20, conducted in partnership with the Clinic, focused on Mental Health Wellness, HIV Awareness, and Universal Health.

Through these initiatives, the Guidance Office – Cubao Campus reaffirms its commitment to fostering a supportive environment where students can express themselves, care for their mental health, and connect meaningfully with others—together, let’s build a community that feels, understands, and connects.
