Note: Once the exclusive reserved dates for Old Students have lapsed, you may still enroll on a first come first served basis, with available slots shared with New Students and Transferees.


  • Clearance should be secured prior to the day of enrolment to avoid delay and inconvenience.
  • Schedule of enrolment will be strictly enforced.
  • A surcharge fee will be incurred if one fails to enroll on the specified dates.
  • Acceptance of enrollees depends on the remaining slots per grade level.


Admission Policies

Applicants are required to submit all the necessary documents enumerated below and to pass the screening process that includes a written entrance examination and an interview by the Principal.

Admission Requirements:

  • Report card (Form 138) from last school attended – original and photocopy
  • Certificate of good moral character
  • PSA/NSO birth certificate – original and photocopy
  • Two pcs. 2×2 ID photos
  • Two pcs. long letter envelope with stamps
Enrollment Procedures
1.  Admission Office

  • Submit credentials and other requirements
  • Secure permit to take the entrance exam (*)

2.  Finance Office

  • Pay entrance exam fee (*)

3.  Guidance Office

  • Take the entrance exam (*)
  • Secure entrance exam results (*)

4.  Principal’s Office


  • Present entrance exam results
  • Report for interview with the Principal
  • Secure clearance to enroll

5.  Registration Section

  • Secure approval of registration and assessment

6.  Finance Office

  • Present approved assessment form
  • Pay the tuition and other fees

7.  COM Section

  • Present Official Receipt (OR)
  • Secure Certificate of Matriculation (COM)

8.  Uniform and Books Section

  • Proceed to the designated uniform and books section
  • Present COM to order uniform and books

(*)  Senior High School applicants are exempt from this requirement for SY 2018-2019

  • Approval of registration and assessment

2.  Finance Office

  • Present approved assessment of fees
  • Pay the tuition and other fees

3.  COM section

  • Present Official Receipt  (OR)
  • Secure Certificate of Matriculation (COM)


All IDs of students in the elementary, junior high school (JHS) and senior high school (SHS) will be processed as soon as classes have began.

Issuance of Credentials 

  • Application for Certificate of Enrollment is filed with the Office of the Principal. Allow two (2) days from date of filing for release of the document.
  • Application for Certificate of Good Moral Character is filed with the Office of the Principal or Guidance Counselor.  Allow two (2) days from date of filing for release of the document.
  • Application for Certificate of Transfer Credential is filed with the Registrar’s Office. Allow at least one (1) week for processing and release of the document.
