Under the Classical French Cuisine

class, our future culinarians showcased their mastery, passion, and artistry during the recently concluded Final Individual Practical Examination, highlighting every culinary category with finesse and creativity.

This culminating activity aimed to holistically assess the students’ skills and knowledge as they applied their technical expertise and boundless creativity in preparing, cooking, and presenting a complete dish featuring their assigned protein/meat within 120 minutes.
Their outputs were evaluated not only based on taste, texture, and presentation, but also on adherence to proper culinary standards, food safety and hygiene, organization and timing, ergonomic practices, and waste reduction and cost efficiency, a true testament to their comprehensive training and discipline in the kitchen.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated evaluators, Ms. Joana Gultiano and Mr. Raphael Blanco, esteemed professors of the HM Department at NCBA Taytay, for their unwavering guidance, expertise, and commitment in nurturing the students’ culinary excellence and professionalism.
We are proud of your achievements, Wildcats! Continue striving for excellence and embodying the passion of true hospitality professionals.
