Their featured dish, Pipian, is a unique Ilokano heirloom soup with roots in Mexico. A fusion of Arroz Caldo and Miki, this dish stands out with its Sinigang-inspired flavors, vibrant atsuete (annatto) color, and the distinct taste of epazote leaves and kamias.
