The Senior BSHM students of National College of Business and Arts took their practical exam on Classical French Cuisine. Students are tasked to select their iconic French dishes and put a spin on a classical dish. The main objective is to solidify the culinary foundation of students through preparing modern dish yet preserving its classic flavors.
BS Hospitality Management Program promised to hone its students with essentials and advance skills and knowledge and later produces graduates the are globally competitive in the industry.
