NCBA Guidance & Counseling Center – Cubao Campus proudly held its Anti-Bullying and Safe Space
Campaign 2025 with the themes:
💛 “Empowered to Say No” (Elementary)
💙 “No Room for Hate, No Space for Harm” (Junior & Senior High)
❤️ “Respect is Law, Harassment is Crime” (College)
The Elementary Seminar (Grades 4–6) was led by Ms. Nimfa Robert, Guidance Counselor, together with Ms. Christine Serbeto, Psychometrician, empowering young learners to stand up for kindness and say no to
bullying.
For High School and College, Atty. Katherine Mae Añonuevo shared her expertise on the Anti-Bastos Law and Safe Spaces Act, inspiring students to know their rights and uphold respect.
